DO’S

* High Protein Diet
- Daily 4 eggs white + 1 Yellow
- Twice a week boil chicken
- Avoid Excess Sea Food consumption during pregnancy

* Adequate Hydration
- 2.5–3 Litres of water per day
- Include coconut water, Soups, Milk, Buttermilk, Juices
- (Avoid excess juice consumption - prefer fruits over juices)

* 1L milk and milk products consumption
- Milk, Buttermilk
- Curd, Yogurt
- Paneer, Cheese

* Small and Frequent feeds
- Eat every 2-3 hours in day time

* Daily 30–40 minutes walk
- (Can divide into 2 sessions to avoid exhaustion)

* Yoga Can be Done – Prefer after 12 weeks of pregnancy
- (Exercise videos will be shared)

* Daily 2-3 Fruits
* Daily 1 full first mixed dry fruits

* Hygiene
- Maintain Intimate / Personal hygiene / Breast care

- After 20-24 weeks of pregnancy, sleep in the left lateral position

7. Fetal 2-D Echo (22-23 weeks)

8. Growth scan (28 weeks)

9. Growth scan (32 weeks)

10. Growth scan (34-36-38 weeks)

Scan frequency may differ if the Patient is Diabetic, Hypertensive, Rh Negative pregnancy, Fetal Growth Restriction, Poly or Oligohydramnios, or Doppler changes.

Specific labs ( 12 weeks ) (Double marker test, OGCT with 75gms Glucose )
Test for Asymptomatic Bacteriuria ( 16 weeks )
